Ethiopia Guji - Tebe Taye Decaf
  $8.00 - 15.00
In a sea of decaf sameness, Tebe Taye offers a refreshing bit of difference. Look for rustic dried fruit, berry tones, a sappy pine note, bubble gum and dark pumpernickel bread. Good for espresso. This coffee is decaffeinated using the Water Process method.

Product Description

You will notice a huge contrast in the flavors of fruit and even floral accents as compared to a standard decaf. I will say that if you were to taste this next to a 'regular' caffeinated Ethiopia, you would no doubt pick up on some of the odd, doughy flavors that are uniquely decaf too. But that's not a fair comparison. In a sea of sameness within the decaf coffee landscape, Tebe Taye offers a refreshing bit of difference. Look for berry tones and pink bubble gum like floral hint amidst a rustic, dried fruit and a sappy pine note. I personally wouldn't shy away from SO espresso either, but you should expect fruit (I pick up on berry and dried stone fruit), and perhaps not a good option for milk drinks.
