Product Description

The dry fragrance has a clean sweetness accented by herbal tones and a mild ginger smell. The latter aspect develops into a gingerbread scent in the wet grounds, with a sweet maple smell in there too. The cup profile is fairly mild at first, but with a nice bright acidity that comes through like citrus spritzed water. A soft citrus rind accent helps bolster this affect. The cup is sweet, pulling out muscovado/raw sugar sweetness along with a cinnamon muffin flavor. My medium roast shows something like flourless chocolate torte.
