It was produced by the Apo Cooperative using 90% Typica and Bourbon varietals and 10% Caturra varietal. It is a fully washed, wet process coffee. Squash and raisin sweetness, tarragon spice, tart cranberry-lemon acidity, pomegranate plum fruit finish, milk chocolate.
