This is High Grown (HG) Honduras coffee was hand-sorted to the European Process (EP) quality standard, which signifies there are no more than four defects per 1,000 coffee beans. This coffee was grown organically, free of chemicals from cultivation through the decaffeination process, and sourced from regional smallholder farmers to create a classic Honduran flavor profile blend. Think notes of dark chocolate, graham cracker, citrus, and nutty flavors with a medium body and moderate acidity. Clean sweet, fully organic, and decaf!
