On a table of decafs, this coffee's origin is easy to pinpoint, as it has a fruited, and citric appeal common for Ethiopian coffee. You will note a mix of natural dried fruit flavors, malty sweetness, and a sweet honey-wheat bread flavor. Aromatically, this Kaffa decaf has toasted caramel and dried natural apricot in the nose, complimenting an array of dried fruited accents and underlying toffee sweetness in the cup. A tart citrus note is subtle, but felt in mouthfeel, and provides contrast to a toffee-malt core. This description is from the cupping notes of our coffee importer, Sweet Maria's
