There's a bergamot citrus floral note deep in this Shakiso coffee that builds in strength as you move from dry fragrance, to wet aromatics, and finally at full steam in the brewed coffee. The fragrance has muted honey and graham smells, a sweet orange accent, and subtle florals too. The wet aroma is honey sweet as well, like wild honey florals, so aromatically potent, and a citrus blossom floral note released on the break. Refreshing is an odd descriptor for coffee, but was put to paper when assessing this Mormora coffee! Mormora is a light bodied coffee, and in our experience will shine brightest with light to middle roast development. This description is from the cupping notes of our coffee importer, Sweet Maria's
