The dry fragrance has raw sugar sweetness and soft nut notes in the ground coffee. A candied walnut note is released in the steam when pouring the hot water and an aroma of oatmeal cookies hangs in the air. The cup has unrefined sugary-sweet base, and subtle apple top note rises to the surface as the cup cools. Acidity level is mild to moderate, but has a tangy black tea with lemon aspect that lends to a mouth cleansing affect. Fruited tones are muted all around. As espresso, expect a healthy dose of dark cocoa, with a wonderfully tart citrus aspect that hits you up front, and then quickly disappears. Great mild drink option as well, both espresso based like cappuccino or simply coffee with cream! This description is from the cupping notes of our coffee importer, Sweet Maria's
