Product Description

The dry fragrance smells bittersweet at City+, with malted cocoa powder and brown sugar, and a hint of roasted nut. The wet aroma is much more intense and shows sweet smells of nougat, caramel, and a roasted almond note in the steam. A demerara-like, raw sugar sweetness accentuates the brewed coffee at City+ and Full City. Top notes aren't really the focus in Bojonalito, or even really noticeable until the coffee cools off a bit. It's the coffee's balanced core coffee bittersweetness that impresses most when hot, and it does indeed impress! I do pick up on subtle notes of baked apple, dark cola and vanilla, but it's the rich, chocolate bittersweets that are likely to be more universal. Unless you take it far into 2nd snaps, you can expect a coffee that's balanced, bodied, and oh so sweet. A great option for both chocolatey brew and espresso.
