A dry fragrance brown sugar comes through, and is accented by dried peach, familiar scents for Agaro coffee. The coffee smells clean and fresh, more of the stone fruit notes raised in the steam along with sweet, brown sugars and a mild honey note. The cup is clean and refined too. Light florals mark the aroma as does a lemongrass tea note that defines acidity. This Limu has a dried apricot note when roasted light, that also feeds into an acidity that does a lot to structure the flavor profile. The cooled coffee shows delicious honey and stone fruit flavor notes, like peach and nectarine, that shift to something more citrus-like, and a little rindy in the finish (think citrus pith).
